Choosing a nanny agency in Gurgaon and Delhi NCR
People searching for a nanny agency near them in Delhi NCR are usually not looking for a national brand. They want someone who can send a caregiver to their gate in DLF Phase 2, a flat on Golf Course Road, a house in Vasant Kunj, or a society in Noida without a two-hour commute that the nanny will quit in a fortnight.
What “near me” should mean

An agency is not a phone list
A society group can introduce a neighbour’s former staff in an afternoon. It cannot tell you whether that person has looked after infants, why the last family ended, or who steps in if she leaves in month three. A nanny service should do four things before you pay a fee.
- Take a written brief: child age, hours, live-in or day, language, and non-negotiable duties.
- Share only people whose experience matches that brief, not the next ten numbers on a sheet.
- Give you a way to speak to previous parents.
- Say, in writing, what happens if the placement fails: a replacement window, or a one-time introduction with no follow-up.
Questions worth asking the agency

- Does the fee include replacement? Most Yashodi plans include replacement support for up to 12 months. The placement-only plan does not. Read the plan before you pay.
- How fast is a replacement profile shared? Our terms commit to initial replacement profiles within two business days of a written request.
- Is the quoted number the nanny’s salary, the agency fee, or both? They are separate. Salary is paid for the nanny’s work. The agency fee is for search, vetting, and support.
After you shortlist
Interview two or three people, not ten. A long parade of strangers is tiring for a baby and tells you less than one morning at home. Agree duties in a short note: childcare only, or childcare plus the baby’s laundry and bottles. Housework for the whole flat, cooking for the family, and elder care are different jobs. If you need all of them, say so at the brief, and expect the salary to reflect it.
