Nanny in Golf Course Road, DLF Phase 2 and 3, and Sushant Lok
Golf Course Road is not one kind of house. Sector 42, Sector 43, and Sector 53 sit on the road. DLF Phase 2, DLF Phase 3, and Sushant Lok Phase I sit just off it. Parsvnath Exotica and Suncity come up in the same conversation when a parent starts looking. Many of these homes are larger than a new Gurgaon flat, which is why a live-in can work: there is often a room that is actually a room.
Nine hours on a floor, not in a lobby
In a DLF Phase 2 or Phase 3 floor, the nanny may be the only adult with the baby from the time you leave until you are back. There is a stair, sometimes a dog, and a gate that is quieter than a tower lobby. Ask if she has done a day like that, in an independent house, not only inside a society where guards are watching the lift. In Sushant Lok Phase I the lanes look near each other until school time. “I can do Golf Course Road” is not the same as being at your phase by 8.

- Who else is in the house: a cook, a cleaner, a grandparent, or no one.
- The baby, or the baby plus bottles and the baby’s clothes. The whole house is a different job.
- Whether she has stayed with a family in DLF or Sushant Lok, and why that ended.
- Two parents from that time, whose numbers you will actually call.
A large house quietly becomes “everything”
In these colonies the salary sits higher because the house is large and it is easy to assume she will do the kitchen as well. If a cook already cooks, the nanny’s day is the child. Can someone come daily to DLF Phase 3?
If she already lives around Sikanderpur, Chakkarpur, Ghata, or Sushant Lok, yes. A daily ride from Sohna Road or the Dwarka Expressway tends to fall apart within a few weeks.
Is Sushant Lok Phase I the same as Golf Course Road?
Close enough that parents look at both, and different enough that the phase matters. The lane, the floor, and whether she walks from the market or needs a drop decide who will still be there next month.
