Nanny for a baby in Sector 49 and along Sohna Road, Gurgaon
If you live in Sector 49, the search usually starts because someone has to be out of the house. A parent is due back at an office, a grandparent is leaving after the first month, and the baby is still on a nap that will not survive a new person who arrives whenever Sohna Road allows. South City II is here. A little further along the same road are Residency Green in Sector 46, Malibu Towne in Sector 47, and Tulip Violet in Sector 69. They share a road. They do not share a morning.
The hour you actually leave
At 8:15, Sector 49 and a tower past Vatika Chowk are not the same journey, even though both sit on Sohna Road. A day nanny who lives in Badshahpur or one of the villages along the road can be at your South City II lobby on time and still be late every day for Tulip Violet. If the baby cannot be left in that gap, and nobody else is home, a live-in with a real room is the kinder arrangement. A 2 BHK with no spare room is a poor place to pretend she can stay.

The first morning in the tower
Security at South City II, Residency Green, Malibu Towne, and Tulip Violet will not send a stranger up because she says she is the new nanny. Enter her at the gate while you are still at home, and walk the visitor process with her on the trial morning. Then watch the job itself. You want bottles, naps, and a bath. She may have heard “the house, and the baby if there is time.” Say, before the paid days start, that the baby is the work.
