Nanny in Birla Navya, Ireo Uptown, M3M, and other new Gurgaon societies
Moving into a new Gurgaon society does not mean the person who looked after your baby in an older floor can simply come along. Birla Navya Amoda, in Sector 63A, is a township. The walk from the main gate to the tower is long enough that “she has reached” can still mean she is ten minutes from your door. Ireo Uptown and Emaar’s The Palm Drive sit on Golf Course Extension in Sector 66, with M3M Golfestate next to them in Sector 65. Further out are Saan Verdante, Bestech Park View Altura, Icon, M3M Marina, Orchid Island, Mapsko Casabella, Tata Gurgaon Gateway, Emaar Palm Hills, Godrej Air, Ardee City, Anant Raj Estate, and the Sector 102 stretch on the Dwarka Expressway. Each of these has its own gate.
Inside Birla Navya
In Birla Navya the nanny is registered with the township, and she uses that entry every morning. A cab often stops before your tower. If you want her to live in, the flat needs a room she can sleep in. A sofa for the first fortnight becomes the reason she leaves. Families here already hire through Yashodi when the hours and the room are clear before she arrives.
Golf Course Extension, and further out
- At Ireo Uptown, The Palm Drive, and M3M Golfestate, she has to be through society security before you need to leave. Knowing the name Golf Course Road is not the same thing.
- M3M Marina, Icon, Saan Verdante, Bestech Park View Altura, Orchid Island, and Mapsko Casabella are different projects. Tell us which one you live in.
- Godrej Air, Tata Gurgaon Gateway, Emaar Palm Hills, and Sector 102 are a longer morning from older Gurgaon. A live-in, or someone who already lives on that side, is who lasts.
- Ardee City and Anant Raj Estate feel closer. They still have their own gate, and their own way of letting staff in.
On the trial, meet her in your tower, not at a café. Ask where she waited at the last society, whether she could take the baby downstairs, and who saw her out in the evening. If you share the project and the baby’s age, that is enough for us to start.

Usually the journey, a room that was not really a room, or a day that slowly became the whole house. The society itself is manageable once entry, meals, and the weekly off are agreed before she joins.
Do families in Birla Navya hire through Yashodi?
Yes. Tell us the tower, the hours, and whether she would live in. A spare room matters as much as the society name.
