Nanny in Noida, Jaypee Greens, and Ghaziabad
If you live in Noida or Ghaziabad, a nanny who was perfect for a family on Golf Course Road is not automatically right for you. The DND and Kalindi Kunj are a real morning, not a pin on a map. Jaypee Greens is further still, in Greater Noida, not in a Noida sector you can treat as close. Families there do hire. They hire someone who can live with that distance, often someone who lives in.
Say where the baby actually is
- Your Noida sector, or the Greater Noida project. Jaypee Greens is not Sector 18.
- The Ghaziabad neighbourhood, and whether she changes a metro line to reach you.
- A live-in if the flat has a room. A day nanny only if she already lives in Noida, Greater Noida, or Ghaziabad.
- How the society lets staff in. Large complexes want her registered before the first morning, the same as a Gurgaon township.
- Who is home if she is late. A parent already on the road to Delhi cannot cover those twenty minutes.
If she leaves, the next person still has to reach you
The hard week is the week she resigns. The person who replaces her has to be able to reach your sector, not whoever happens to be free in Gurgaon that afternoon. Yes. It is in Greater Noida, so the person either lives with that journey or lives in your home. Tell us the project, and whether there is a room.
What about Ghaziabad?
Yes. Someone who already lives in Ghaziabad, or a live-in, is who keeps the morning. A daily ride from Gurgaon sounds fine until the first week of traffic.
